New SFE Execution Tracking - Server based
« on: May 27, 2021, 08:34:38 PM »
Happy to annouce this new feature.

Any market order of the EAs (for the moment do not apply to stop or limit orders) will send (if allowed by the user) the execution information to the SFE Stats server.

A web server api has been developed for be able to receive the information from the metatrader EA. The information registered right now is this:

The information is anonymous except for the user account number. This number will not be exposed in any public stats, but can be used by the trader to access to personal data.

Whith this information, sfe  will be able to offer a lot of interesting information and services, for example:

- Evaluate the execution performance between different brokers, size of trades, systems.
- Evaluate if the number of setups match more or less between brokers.
- Alert if theoric operations are not oppening in an user account, or are a lot different.

This information is very importat to improve some aspects of the EAs in order to get better execution, or for discard bad brokers. As the final edge of any EA is little because the market is very difficult, be very precise with what brokers use and how, can make a big difference in the final profit.

For use this feature, in the upcoming versions of the EAs that have the new parameter 'SFE Stats Server', we have to enter the name of the server, right now is the default value:   https://sfestats.com

This feature will only work if the request to this server is allowed in the platform. This must be done in the options dialog, adding the url of the server and cheching on 'allow web request' like this image:  (dll is not necessary for this feature, if you do not use any with dll, can left unchecked)

For the moment, follow this tracking here:   https://sfestats.azurewebsites.net/
